Birgit has been at home in South Africa and Eswatini for over 14 years. Through her time in Johannesburg, KwaZulu‑Natal, and Eswatini, she has gained extensive local experience and built a strong network.

She guides individuals and companies through administrative matters, visa and relocation processes, and many practical aspects of everyday life.

Her active involvement in the German Chamber of Commerce, German expat circles, and her long corporate background combine professional expertise with personal understanding of international moves and integration.

Ellen has lived in Southern Africa since 2016, with her home base in Windhoek — unless she is out guiding guests on desert treks. She successfully runs a well‑established travel company, giving her deep expertise in Namibia and neighboring countries.

Before moving to Africa, Ellen worked as a fully qualified lawyer in Germany. Today she combines legal precision, entrepreneurial responsibility, local experience, and personal relocation know‑how. This unique mix makes her a strong partner for individuals and companies who want not only to arrive in Southern Africa, but to truly settle.

With a realistic outlook, a strong network, and extensive practical experience, Ellen supports relocation processes, integration, and everyday questions about living and working in Namibia and the region. Privately, she loves padel, life under wide skies — and is a devoted cat mom.
